The hotel's central location MADE exploring very easy. I rented a car but did not need it. The kids enjoyed the POOL very much. The staff was super helpful. A friendly greeting every morning. Breakfast included many delicious and fresh options.

The street OUTSIDE was quite busy. The noise might be an issue for some.

I found the staff efficient, especially given their youth. It was actually quite charming. i was surprised by the welcome gift we received in our suite. It included some local treats. also, my wife considered her spa treatment really good. She said it was one of the BEST she's ever had.

the television in the room didn't function throughout my stay though i contacted the front desk.

The hotel's location is excellent. Reaching the hotel from the train station took only ten minutes. Shops and restaurants surround the area. Rooms were very spacious. The swimming pool and sauna were top notch. I spent an evening fully enjoying those amenities.

When I checked in, I did notice the odd placement of the electric blind switch. It was not near the window. It was beside the bed instead, not intuitive. A quick walkthrough from a staff member would be helpful. I did have to find it myself.

I am not too impressed. My room was so loud. It sounded like a party happened right outside. The gym was like a sauna because its air conditioner did not work. I asked them for new towels, but I did not receive them at all.
